1. General provisions
GSClient Plus processes information only to operate the website, handle reports, understand visits and improve the client, in accordance with applicable law.
2. Information we collect
Reports may include your IP address, selected issue, message, form language, client version/branch, operating system and an optional screenshot. Analytics may collect pseudonymous visitor and IP hashes, visit dates and country; infrastructure providers may process IP addresses in their logs.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to investigate errors, updates and game servers, improve reliability and protect the site. Where required, processing is based on your separate consent or another lawful ground. We do not sell personal data or use reports for advertising mailings.
4. Screenshots and privacy
Screenshots are optional. Please hide sensitive information before uploading. Reports and images are stored privately and can be accessed only by authorized administrators.
5. Data retention
Reports are retained for 90 days, screenshots for 30 days, unfinished uploads for one hour, and internal analytics for up to 180 days. Cleanup is scheduled; server logs and backups may have separate retention periods.

6. Cookies and browser storage
The website may use technical cookies, localStorage for a pseudonymous browser identifier and sessionStorage for visits. Internal analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You may restrict browser storage in browser settings.
7. Data security
Access to reports is restricted. The site uses HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Service providers and external sites
Hosting, infrastructure and backup providers may process information to provide services. We do not sell data. VirusTotal, Yandex Disk and other linked sites apply their own privacy rules.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent where applicable, or submit a complaint to the competent authority. Write to support@gsclient-plus.com; verification may be needed.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are published on gsclient-plus.com.
